Peter is a highly experienced marketer. He spent many years working with the likes of British Airways and Coca Cola, Microsoft and M&S, Virgin and Vodafone. Endrik Randoja has graduated from Helia, a Finnish business school and has studied at Henley Management College. He was one of the founders and board member of biggest training company in the region. There he founded and leaded leadership training branch Fastleader.com and commanded leadership tools both in theory and practice. He has attended at more than 100 business conferences and it is safe to say that some of the teaching of the great minds has stuck to him as well.
